RAM woes

Well, it turns out that I got the type of RAM wrong… my motherboard is SD and not DDR (which I’ve just got 512Mb of)…
I also found out that I had an extra stick of 128Mb in a slot that wasn’t working, and that just confused me…  So in other words, ‘I’ve’ just spent £30 [...]

Thats my new USB stick, with it’s 1Gb of sexy memory. I’ve already put Portable Firefox, Portable OO.o and Portable GAIM on it. I’ve also backed up all my work from school on to it just because I don’t trust school’s use of Novell iChain for our file portal.
